Trusting your unconscious mind
I have chosen to practice hypnotherapy because I strongly believe that the body, mind, spirit connection is ultimately the key element in the healing journey.
The answer to our imbalances does not only rely on the diet that we choose, the supplements that we take and our environment but also on how we view ourselves in the world we live in and how we have chosen to process our life’s experiences and why ? So far is modelling the way we connect to the outworld and ourselves
Studies have shown that hypnotherapy can provide good results in many conditions such as smoking cessation (Barnes, 2010) and IBS (Peters, 2016), anxiety (Golden, 2012) but also weight loss and many other imbalances.
